Calling all coffee feigns.. if you haven't been to Whynot Coffee in the LES on Orchard St. you need to go. Not only did they make a good almond iced latte but they also have a sick playlist. I tried looking them up on Spotify but came to a dead end...nada. Long story short, they were bumping the new Drake x Future mixtape: "What A Time To Be Alive" and I don't know why but it sounded sooo much cooler in this coffee shop. I don't know if it was the coffee, the clean aesthetic of the space, or the beautiful people, but I was feeling it.
The minimalist style space offers plenty of areas to sprawl out and connect to the wifi while drinking coffee, tea, juices ect. whether it's a couch, a stool, bench they pretty much got you covered. The cool thing about their space is that they don't just have one door... well duh they have one regular entrance/exit, but for the days that the weather is really nice they have all other coffee shops beat with their wall length window/door/entrance. The best way I can describe it is the whole front of their shop is a giant window that can be folded back so you can enjoy the weather, the people strolling by and your coffee! It's the little things that get me excited.
